Haus of Muse Print Co. is an independent UK art business offering illustrated dog prints and selected bespoke artwork.

Products

Every effort is made to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

The artwork in the standard print collections measures approximately 6" x 8" and is supplied as part of an A4 print.

Framed versions are supplied mounted in a lightweight black frame with clear plexiglass, as described on the relevant product page.

Placing an order

Please check your order carefully before completing payment, including the breed, design variation, format, delivery details and quantities selected.

When you complete checkout and submit payment, you are placing an order with an obligation to pay the amount shown.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been received by Haus of Muse Print Co.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total payable price, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Depending on the checkout options available, customers may also be able to pay using an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal.

Haus of Muse Print Co. does not receive or store complete card details.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated according to the size of the order and are displayed before payment.

Orders are currently delivered within the UK using the delivery service stated on the website.

Orders will be dispatched as promptly as reasonably possible. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the time required by applicable UK consumer law.

Please make sure the delivery information supplied at checkout is accurate. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.

Large orders

The website currently accepts orders of up to nine prints in a single checkout.

For larger orders, please contact Haus of Muse Print Co. directly so that appropriate packaging, delivery and pricing can be arranged.

Cancellations and returns

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, consumers normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Personalised and bespoke artwork

Some items may be created specifically to a customer's personal requirements, such as bespoke pet portraits or personalised artwork.

The normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not generally apply to goods that are made to personal specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Goods supplied by Haus of Muse Print Co. must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact me as soon as possible so that the matter can be investigated and an appropriate solution arranged.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, illustrations, designs, written content, branding and other original material displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Haus of Muse Print Co. and/or the creator.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially use the artwork.

Website availability

I aim to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.

The website may occasionally be updated, temporarily unavailable or changed without notice where reasonably necessary.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

Haus of Muse Print Co. is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the order was placed or that arise from circumstances outside reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, products, business practices or legal requirements.

The terms that apply to an order will be those in effect when the order is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
