What size are your prints?
The artwork itself measures 6" x 8". Each print is supplied on A4 200gsm Matte paper, with the 6" x 8" artwork positioned within the overall A4 print size. Framed versions are mounted and supplied ready to display.
What is the difference between framed and unframed?
Unframed prints are supplied ready for you to place in your own frame. Framed prints are supplied mounted and finished in a black lightweight frame with clear plexiglass, ready to display.
Are the illustrations your own artwork?
Yes. The artwork featured across Haus of Muse Print Co. is created by me as an independent UK artist. Each collection is designed, illustrated and produced with its own distinctive style.
What are the Dog Dictionary and History of Dogs collections?
The Dog Dictionary collection combines illustrated breed artwork with playful, dictionary-inspired descriptions. The History of Dogs collection pairs each illustration with a short curated history of the breed.
What if I can't see my dog's breed?
New breeds are regularly added to the collections. If the breed you're looking for isn't currently available, please get in touch and let me know what you'd like to see next.
Do you offer custom artwork?
Yes. Bespoke dog artwork and selected custom pieces are available separately. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss a commission.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated automatically according to the number of prints in your order. Smaller orders cost less to send, with postage increasing only when a larger parcel is required. Full details can be found in our Shipping & Delivery information.
How will my order be sent?
Orders are currently sent within the UK using InPost. Tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel after dispatch.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Each order is prepared carefully before sending. Dispatch times may vary slightly during busy periods or for custom work, but orders are prepared and sent as promptly as possible.
Can I order more than one print?
Absolutely. You can add prints from both the Dog Dictionary and History of Dogs collections to the same cart and check out together.
Can I place a large order?
The website currently accepts orders of up to nine prints at a time. For larger orders, please contact me directly so I can arrange the most suitable postage and packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payments are processed through PayPal. Depending on the options shown at checkout, you may also be able to pay using a debit or credit card.
What if my order arrives damaged or there is a problem?
Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photos where relevant. I will always do my best to resolve any genuine problem with an order. Returns & Refunds
